Prices checked on
A magician at a trade show booth turns passing visitors into a small crowd. A visitor stops for a card trick, a second person joins, and soon your team has several people in front of the stand who would have walked past. You can book a trade show magician in Singapore for an exhibition hall, a convention centre, a roadshow or a mall booth.
Price: close-up magic at a booth usually costs SGD 600 to 1,200 for 1 to 2 hours. A stage slot of 20 to 40 minutes usually costs SGD 1,000 to 2,500. See magician prices in Singapore.
What the magician does at your booth
The magician stands at the front of your stand and performs for small groups of four to eight people, using cards, coins and borrowed objects. Each trick takes a few minutes. When the trick ends, your team steps in and starts the conversation. The magician does the stopping, and your staff do the talking.
For a bigger stand with a small stage area, add a short set every hour. A 15 to 30 minute slot with a microphone pulls in visitors from further away. See stage and illusion shows.
Your brand in the act
The magic can include your logo, your product or the message you want visitors to remember. A card can turn into your logo. A prediction can end on the name of the product. Send us your key message and your booth theme when you ask for a quote, and we match the act to it.
Plan the hours around the visitors
You do not need a magician for the whole show. Ask the organiser when the halls are busiest and book the magician into those hours. One to two hours at a time works well, with a break between sets so the magician stays fresh and the crowd turns over. One magician covers a normal booth. For a very large stand or a long show, two magicians can work in turns.
Check the rules first
Exhibition halls have their own rules for noise, performers and stand activity. Ask the organiser what is allowed and whether performers need a pass for load-in. Tell us the hall, the stand number and the hours, and we plan the arrival time around it.
